Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Prices: Tickets cost £15, plus a £0.50 booking fee per ticket. Programmes cost £4 each. Donations are optional.
2. Age and seating: There is no age restriction for this show. All children must occupy a seat.
3. Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed after successful payment. Please check your seats and email address before paying.
4. Admission: Bring your ticket QR code, printed or on your phone. Each ticket is valid for its allocated seat and one admission.
5. Accessible seating: Row AA is reserved for customers who need accessible seating and their companions, with a maximum of four AA seats per booking. Contact us about specific access requirements.
6. Discount codes: Each code is usable for one booking and reduces up to two tickets to £5 each. Additional tickets remain £15. Booking fees, programmes and donations are unchanged.
7. Late arrivals: Customers will be asked to wait for a convenient time to enter the theatre to avoid disruption.
8. Customer cancellations: Tickets are normally non-refundable if you cannot attend. Please contact us about cancellations or transfers; any agreed exceptions do not affect your statutory rights.
9. Show cancellation or rescheduling: If we cancel the show or change its date, we will contact customers with their options. Tickets will be refunded in full (ticket booking fees are non-refundable). If the show does not go ahead on another date, programme costs will be refunded. Donations are non-refundable.
10. Programmes: Present your separate programme QR code at the box office for collection.
